GENERATOR PARTS
Alternator parts, voltage regulators, transfer switches and engine consumables — 1,409 part numbers across five families. Every listing carries the OEM part number, the frame it fits and the brand it was built for, so you can match a part without sending the whole set back.
Five families, one part number search
A genset is four systems bolted to one skid. The engine burns fuel, the alternator makes the electricity, the controller decides when, and the switchgear moves it. Each system wears out on its own schedule, which is why the parts are grouped this way rather than by brand.

Most part searches start with a symptom. These are the ten component families we stock, with the count of live listings behind each one.
What a listing looks like
Ten live listings, one per component family. Each links to the full specification page with the OEM number, the frame it fits and the alternator models it was used on.

Prices are quoted per order, not listed, because freight and quantity move them more than the part does.
Three steps to the right part
Nine out of ten wrong-part shipments come from skipping step two. The part number is printed on the alternator, but it only identifies the family — the frame identifies the part.
Read the alternator nameplate
The nameplate on the alternator frame carries the model (for example P7C, UC27, F8) and the serial. Photograph it in daylight with the whole plate in frame — the model line is usually stamped rather than printed, and flash washes it out.
Confirm the frame and the pole count
A stator for a 4-pole F7 will not fit a 6-pole F7, and a bearing for a single-bearing machine will not fit a two-bearing one. Frame plus pole count plus bearing arrangement narrows 700 listings down to a handful.
Match the OEM number
Our listings carry the OEM number in the title — 45-0812, A062T497, 334-D111C12T000. If the number on your old part matches the listing, the part matches. If it does not, send us the old number and we cross-reference it.
Brands we hold parts for
Alternator brands and engine brands are separate lists. A Cummins engine can drive a Stamford alternator, and the parts do not come from the same catalogue.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between generator parts and alternator parts?
An alternator part belongs inside the alternator: stator, rotor, bearing, AVR, terminal board. A generator part can belong anywhere on the set: engine filters, radiator hoses, exhaust silencer packing, controller, transfer switch. Most suppliers use the two terms interchangeably, which is why part searches often land on the wrong page.
Do you sell single parts or only complete assemblies?
Single parts. A bearing, a terminal board, one heater cartridge. Sets are also available where the maker only releases them as a kit, but the listing says so rather than hiding it behind a kit price.
Are the parts genuine or aftermarket?
Both, and each listing says which. On a bearing or a stator the qualification that matters is the dimensional and insulation standard, not the box. Where a part is safety-related — a circuit breaker in a transfer switch, for example — we quote the certified original and say why.
How do I identify a part when the nameplate is unreadable?
Measure instead. Stator core length, bore diameter, rotor shaft diameter and the number of leads coming out of the terminal box will identify the frame in almost every case. Send those four numbers plus a photo of the terminal box and we narrow it from there.
What is the lead time on a part that is not in stock?
Stamford and Newage frame parts are typically two to three weeks from order, engine consumables three to seven days, and transfer switches two to four weeks depending on rating and pole count. The quote states the lead time per line rather than as a single number for the order.
Can you supply parts for a set you did not build?
Yes. Give us the alternator model and the engine model, and we quote against those rather than against our own bill of materials. What we cannot do is warrant a part we did not supply into a set we did not build, and we say that up front.
