OVERVIEW
The JJP-80GF is the most specified rating in our silent range for one reason: 80 kW covers a 60–70 kW real load with the 15 percent margin that stops nuisance trips, without paying for a 100 kW set you will never load past half. Four engine options sit on this frame — Weichai, SDEC, Yuchai and Perkins — and the Perkins 1104C is the one buyers pick when the destination country has a Perkins dealer network.

The engine is matched so that its standby output exceeds the alternator rating by 10–15 percent. We will quote any of the options above at the same alternator rating; the price difference between them is the engine cost, nothing else.
ALTERNATOR, CONTROL AND ENCLOSURE
Alternator: Faraday FD2D-4 / Stamford UCI274, brushless, single-bearing, Class H insulation, IP23, 2/3 pitch winding for low waveform distortion. Controller: Deep Sea DSE7320 MKII as standard, with DSE8610 for parallel operation. Enclosure: powder-coated steel canopy, 65–75 dB(A) at 7 m depending on grade, with lockable access doors on both sides, integral double-walled fuel tank and a residential-grade exhaust silencer inside the canopy.
