At 250 kW prime the unit will run loaded for long stretches, so the service interval and the parts pipeline matter more than the purchase price. The engine is matched so that its standby output exceeds the alternator rating by 10–15 percent. We will quote any of the options above at the same alternator rating; the price difference between them is the engine cost, nothing else.

Alternator: Faraday FD3H-4 / Stamford HCI444, brushless, single-bearing, Class H insulation, IP23, 2/3 pitch winding for low waveform distortion. Controller: Deep Sea DSE7320 MKII as standard, with DSE8610 for parallel operation. Enclosure: powder-coated steel canopy, 65–75 dB(A) at 7 m depending on grade, with lockable access doors on both sides, integral double-walled fuel tank and a residential-grade exhaust silencer inside the canopy.
