The JINJIA JJ Series — Our Own-Brand Alternator Line

The JJ Series is JINJIA POWER's private-label range of three-phase, four-pole, brushless synchronous alternators. Every frame is built for continuous (PRP) and standby (ESP) duty, with a sealed-for-life bearing, rotating-rectifier excitation and an automatic voltage regulator (AVR). The range uses the same proven frame architecture and power-rating ladder as the leading Chinese FD-class designs, so spare parts, coupling discs and adapter discs are easy to source worldwide. Whether you are an OEM packing a genset, a rental fleet, or a replacement-parts buyer, the JJ Series gives you a dependable Stamford-compatible-form-factor alternator at a factory-direct price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the JINJIA JJ Series your own brand?

Yes. JJ is JINJIA POWER's own-brand (private-label) alternator line. We specify the design, frame architecture and quality standards and supply it factory-direct, which is why it is priced below imported brands while meeting the same IEC/GB performance requirements.

Are JJ alternators compatible with Stamford-form-factor parts?

The frames follow the same proven architecture as mainstream FD / Stamford-form-factor designs, so SAE adapter discs, coupling discs and common wear parts are widely interchangeable. Confirm the exact flange and disc code with our engineering team for your engine.

What is the difference between the 50Hz and 60Hz ratings?

The same alternator is rated at 1500 rpm for 50Hz markets and 1800 rpm for 60Hz markets. At the higher speed the machine delivers roughly 15–20% more kVA — for example the JJ3D produces 150 kVA at 50Hz and 175–180 kVA at 60Hz. Both columns are listed in the table above.

How do I choose the right alternator for my engine?

Start from the engine's net prime kW, apply PF 0.8 to get kVA, and leave a 10–15% engine margin (small engines 15–25%). Our team will confirm the exact JJ model, single/double bearing arrangement and adapter disc for your engine flywheel housing.

Do you offer high-voltage and PMG versions?

Yes. The JJH range covers 6,300V (10.5kV/13.8kV optional) up to 3,200 kW, and PMG permanent-magnet excitation, IP44, RTD protection and anti-condensation heaters are available across the range on request.
